The founder Anya (Anjali) Jhaveri comes from 20+ years of experience in the fitness field.
 Besides being a certified yoga teacher from the oldest, most prestigious school of yoga in India, Anya is also a certified personal trainer & Exercise specialist from ACSM (American college of sports medicine)

We specialize in various forms of training, such as

HiiT, Strength, Core, pilates, yoga, Prenatal, Postnatal, Bridal fitness, Body toning and many more...

We conduct personal training & group classes at various residential homes & gyms in Jersey City, Hoboken & NYC.
